Once all the learning activities are completed for a program, a certificate will be available to you under Certificates. 
Select the ellipsis underneath Access to View or Download your certificate. 
Chrome is the recommend browser. Other browsers might require disabling the pop-up blocker, in order to to open and download your certificate.
You also have the ability to email a copy of your certificate, using Send.
